Appropriate back pressure: If the back pressure is too low, air can easily be entrained during screw rotation, resulting in a lower material density within the barrel and poor plasticization of the pellets, which adversely affects the surface quality of the molded part (typically set at 10–20 kg/cm²). g) In molds, a sub‑gate with a diameter of 0.8–1.0 mm is generally recommended. h) For glass‑fiber‑reinforced PS‑GF30, the barrel temperature should be 180–275°C, the mold temperature 20–80°C, and the molding shrinkage rate 0.1–0.2%. The material density is 1.29 g/cm³.
